What would you like help with?
Choose the one that fits you best. I’ll explain how I can help and what to expect. Then you can message me about it with one tap.

Weight
Lose weight slowly and steadily, without suffering.
We start with how you eat now, not with a diet sheet. Most people get the best results over about three months: a first consultation, regular follow-ups and a meal plan that fits your week, with WhatsApp support in between. The weight comes off and stays off.

Blood results
Cholesterol, sugar, iron: understand your results, then fix them.
Bring your results to a first consultation. I will explain what each number means and what to change first. We start with food, you repeat the test in three months, and I can write to your doctor if it helps.

Gut
Find out which foods cause your symptoms, instead of guessing.
A step-by-step approach: you keep a food and symptom diary, we remove some foods for a short time if needed, then add them back one by one. In the end you eat more, not less. If you have a diagnosis, I work together with your doctor.

Eating & dieting difficulties
Support without strict rules, weighing, or judgement.
I trained in eating disorders in Sydney and work together with doctors and psychologists. Our sessions focus on eating regularly, eating enough, and feeling less afraid of food. If I am not the right person to help you, I will tell you and point you to someone who is.

Family & children
One dinner that the whole family will eat.
I am trained in children’s nutrition and apply it to real life: fussy eaters, school lunches, worries about growth, and meals you do not need to cook twice. Parents can come alone or bring the child. Both work.

Pregnancy
What to eat, what to avoid, and how much is enough.
Folate, iron, iodine, meals that help with nausea, and healthy weight gain, stage by stage. One consultation answers most questions. Follow-ups if you want them.

Start-ups & food businesses
Labels, menus and health claims that are correct and legal.
Nutrition labels, allergen checks, recipe improvements and menu development for cafés and new food businesses.

Anything else
Tell me in a few words and I will tell you if I can help.
Eating for sport, menopause, lowering cholesterol without medication, going vegetarian the right way, cooking for one person. If it is about food and health, send me a message.

How it works
How we work together
Step 1
You reach out
Send me a WhatsApp message or call. You tell me what is happening, I tell you honestly if I can help, and we choose a time.
Step 2
We talk
30 to 45 minutes, by video or in person. We go through your health history, how you eat now, your goals, and any blood tests or body measurements. You leave with your first steps, and I send you a written plan within a few days.
Step 3
You make progress
I send you your plan and you put it to work. Clear steps, meals that fit your week, and WhatsApp support when you need it.
We keep going
As you make progress, I follow how things are going with short follow-up sessions every few weeks, and we keep working towards your goals together.

Clients
What clients say
“My cholesterol was high and my doctor wanted to start medication. Roxanne explained my results, changed a few things in how I eat, and three months later the numbers were back to normal.”
MariaBlood results
“I had tried every diet. With Roxanne there were no rules and no guilt, just small changes I could keep. I lost 9 kg in six months and I still eat pastizzi on Sunday.”
DanielWeight loss
“Our son would only eat four foods. Roxanne was so patient with him and with us. Dinner is no longer a fight, and he now eats what the rest of us eat.”

FAQ
Have a question?
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. If you have recent blood test results or a diagnosis, bring them with you. They make the first session more useful.
Is it covered by health insurance?
Yes. I am a State Registered Nutritionist with a warrant, so health insurance covers my consultations. I will give you a detailed receipt so you can claim.
In clinic or online?
Both. My clinic is at National Pharmacy, 17 Mary Street, Ħamrun. Video calls work just as well if you cannot visit in person.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
Any recent blood test results, a general idea of what you ate in the last few days, and your questions. Nothing else.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goal. Some questions are answered in one session. For weight loss or gut problems, most people see the best results over about three months with a follow-up every few weeks.
Do you see children?
Yes, and I have helped many families. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric and Clinical Nutrition and work with babies, children and teenagers: fussy eating, weight and growth concerns, allergies, and healthy eating habits. Parents can come alone for the first session or bring the child along.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. I do not share anything with your doctor or anyone else unless you ask me to.
